Is there a Home Owner Association, and if so how much are the dues?

Yes there is a HOA it there is a one time start up fee of $100 and a yearly $50 HOA due.
This covers the cost of upkeep for the street trees. The design team took into consideration the intention of a low maintenance living experience to keep HOA’s minimal. This was achieved by creating individual roof, gutter and siding systems, thus reducing shared maintenance with connecting homes.

Can I have a townhome custom built?

Yes you can have any of our floor plans built to your specifications or we will be happy to help design you a new floor plan.

What Schools would my children attend?

Marrion Elementary School, Wyeast Middle School, Mountain View High School.

How close is this community to the hospital?

Nick’s Place is 5 minutes from SW Medical Center.

How close is this community to the Airport?

Nick’s Place is 7 minutes from PDX.

Can I do my own yard maintenance or does the HOA cover that?

Homeowners maintain their own yards.

Is it easy to install security systems?

Yes all homes are pre-wired for security systems.

How thick are the walls between homes?

The sound proofing between each home is pretty good. Each home is separated by:
a layer of sheetrock - then 2 x 6 insulated wall - and then another layer of sheetrock
A gap -And then a layer of sheetrock -Then a 2 x 6 insulated wall - And then another layer of sheetrock

Are the garages insulated?

Yes

What type of heating system?

Gas forced air.
